These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Corex Academy Staging websites, checkout, and student portal. By creating an account, starting checkout, or accessing course materials, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Who we are / what we sell

Corex Academy provides digital educational products: self-paced PDF courses and structured learning programs about personal finance, markets literacy, investing foundations, digital assets education, and related skills. Materials are delivered online via a gated student portal after payment.

Corex Academy is education only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or prop-trading firm. Nothing on this site is investment, trading, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for any financial decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate checkout and account information (especially the email used for enrollment).

3. Accounts & access

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Course licenses are for personal use by the purchasing account/email unless a team license is explicitly sold.
• Do not share, resell, publicly redistribute, or scrape paid PDFs or portal content.
• We may suspend access for abuse, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

4. Prices, currency & taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location and will be collected where we are required to do so.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. On your card statement, charges typically appear under a descriptor similar to COREX ACADEMY. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support before disputing with your bank.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Digital goods rules are described in our Refund Policy. Because content is delivered digitally, refunds are limited once paid materials are substantially accessed.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, and site materials are owned by Corex Academy or its licensors. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal learning-not ownership of the underlying IP.

8. Disclaimers

Courses are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any financial result, income, or trading performance. Past examples or educational scenarios are illustrative only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corex Academy’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Separateness from other CoreX products

Corex Academy course purchases are separate from any CoreX Funding (or similarly branded) prop-trading, evaluation, or funded-account products offered on other websites. Academy checkout enrolls you in educational courses only.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law.
