Corex Academy ("Corex Academy Staging", "we", "us") operates staging.corex-academy.com. We sell digital education products (PDF courses and learning programs) delivered through an online student portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Checkout details: billing email, and payment status from our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Purchase and enrollment records: courses bought, order IDs, and access timestamps.
• Learning activity: module/PDF progress marks you choose to save in the portal.
• Support messages: content you send via contact or support forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies needed for security, sessions, and (where enabled) analytics or advertising measurement.

2. How we use information

• Provide course access, the student portal, and customer support.
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill purchases.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, access instructions, password resets).
• Improve curriculum delivery, site performance, and security.

3. Payments (Stripe)

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment card data and other information under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, limited billing details, and identifiers needed to fulfill your order. We never ask you to email full card numbers to us.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Academy (for example hosting, email delivery, and Stripe), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account, purchase, and access records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data subject to lawful retention requirements.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password for your portal account.

7. Your rights

8. Children

Corex Academy is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
